This eye look is budget frendly and cute!
The iteams i used to create this look were:
Nyc eyedust in: smokey topaz 2.99 cvs
Wetnwild single shadows in: panther and brulee 99cents each!
Use any eyeshadow primer you have :): free.99 (hahah)
Optional: And kiss lashes to get an extra something in: shy 3.99
Step 1: prime your eyes.
Step 2:put eyedust over lid. If you wet the eyedust with any charger water or eyedrops, it will make the color more vibrant. Do not take up to crease.
Step3: highlight your brow bone with brulee.
Step4:begin putting panther in the crease.build up the black color up, its better to add to the look instead of working to take a way product
Step5:get an angled brush put panther on the brush and begin to do your desiered cat eye
Step6: pop on lashes and look fabulous!
